Richard Ng (Kānaka Maoli) is a seasoned social impact leader with over a decade of experience driving innovation and growth in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. His expertise spans program management, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on structures for community governance to advance social equity and Indigenous empowerment. As a skilled project manager, he has designed and deployed initiatives that support BIPOC entrepreneurs and Indigenous communities increasing equitable access to resources. Richard initially joined the NMCC team as the Program Manager for IndigiDAO and now also supports the Leadership team with Development efforts. Richard’s passion for creating positive social change is evident in his impactful work across a range of industries. He holds a BA from the University of Washington and a MPA from the University of Arizona.
